All of them are now on the latest EL Capitan v10.11.5 and Outlook v15.22.0. They are reporting freezing and slowness after every click of email and calendar. In my own research I saw there was major issues with Outlook, El Capitan and also with patch 15.18.0 for Outlook 2016 for MAC. Users plagued by Outlook for Mac 2011 hanging in El Capitan now have a solution. However Office 2016 for Mac users must wait longer for their issues to be resolved in Apple's new operating system.
